Rocklands Apartments Newquay Cornwall are fantastic new apartments overlooking Cornwalls Tolcarne beach. They consist of mainly double, twin or sofa beds, some with luxury ensuite bathrooms. The décor is modern, fresh with plenty of living space. A typical apartment has an allocated car park space in a secure underground car park built within the apartments. There are a few apartments that do not have allocated parking- please check before booking. There is a large open planned lounge area with modern comfortable settees, and furnished with rugs, lamps and side tables. All lounges have large picture windows which in turn show stunning views of the beach. Rocklands Apartments also have the benefit of under floor heating which adds to its cosy stylish atmosphere. The kitchens are fully fitted and have integrated appliances such as washer/dryers and dishwashers. A typical bedroom is bright and light with a comfy double bed with a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and a large tallboy. The ensuite bathroom is decorated in cool neutral tones and consists of a spacious shower, toilet and hand basin. The master bathroom has plenty of light and mirrors and has a bath, toilet and hand basin and again is decorated in the same cool neutral tones. Rocklands Apartments is a fantastic choice for the beach/ surfing holiday. It has many added features such as an external heated wet room to dry suits and equipment, storage lockers to rent to stow surfing equipment and an external shower to wash away salt and sand from a hard day spent on the beach.
